Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born fifteen August, 1994 in USA. Ashley isn't very open about her family, however she is credited by her grandfather as the one who inspired her to start working to get fit. Her father was an avid bodybuilder during the time they were in their late 20s and 30s. Ashley has always exercised since the age of a small girl. She started swimming lessons when she was around the age of four, and continued through the next 10 years. There were many competitions she participated in however, she wasn't a dedicated enough participant as she wasn't ready for rigid diets so that her body would be able to give the best. There is a belief that she was popular in high school for her gorgeous looks and curvaceous figure. But, it's not yet known if she has a boyfriend during this period. Ashley chose not to attend her first college degree instead pursuing being a fitness model. Ashley was just 15 when she became unhappy with her physical appearance. Her grandfather encouraged her to train. However, she heeded his advice to begin slowly. What she didn't know was that she'd go on to spend 9 years sculpting her body as she grew into an exercise idol. Ashley was inspired by her win and entered the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships in 2014. She came 7th and was motivated to work more. After winning fifth place at the 2014 WBFF World Championships, Ashley took the decision to end her competition. Even though she received invitations to shoot photos while competing, Ashley didn't want her career and modeling to become mixed. Once she ceased racing, she turned into a fitness model. The cover of her shoot was featured in a renowned fitness magazine and launched the fitness modelling career. She was signed by an agency shortly after. She has since become popular as a model and has worked for various bikini manufacturers and world-renowned apparel companies.
